Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies

Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (“LLC’s”) are often used as flow-though entities, which are not taxed in the country of incorporation as long as they have no local source income. The advantage is that of having an entity which is in a non-blacklisted country, while avoiding any local corporate tax.

Another advantage is that a partnership or LLC gives the opportunity to put arrangements between multiple partners in writing in the corporate documents.
