More specific, our Brazilian office assists in incorporating (personal) holding companies located in international financial centers as well as Trusts and Private Foundations. Moreover the office assists in the setting up of (private) mutual funds and provides international structuring and international management services and deals with cross border transactions related to Finance, Investments, Trade and Estate/Wealth Planning.
